Pathways of Care

NHC Pathways of Care (also referred to as Care Pathways) include the development of programmes as well as existing programmes being marketed to the public by outside companies, medical schemes and the department of health that NHC Health Centres or NHC Medical Professionals in the NHC Medical Professional Network participate in.
