These terms and conditions concern your participation in The Superhero Game. Please read these
terms and conditions carefully.

Eligibility:

The Superhero Game (“the Game”) is open to children aged 4 – 13 years who are visiting one of the
NHC Centres – Bryanston; Centurion; Honeydew; Northcliff or Thoyandou.
Employees of NHC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in The
Superhero Game.

How to Play:

• To participate in The Superhero Game, children must scan a Superhero Game sticker in the
  NHC Centres; register to play the Game and follow the prompts.
• Participants must collect all 16 Superhero stickers by scanning the corresponding QR code
  with their mobile phone’s camera. The Game will prompt Users to collect all 16.
• Only fully-completed entries will be eligible for the draw.
• Users who do not collect all 16 Superheroes on the same day will have the option to login to
  their account on a future date, no later than 31 December 2024 and complete their
  Superhero collection.
  

Prizes:

Only the names of participants who collect all 16 Superheroes will be entered into the quarterly
prize draw.

First prize: an adventure weekend for 4 people.
Additional prizes: subject to confirmation, and not guaranteed.

Participation:

Participation in The Superhero Game is voluntary and free of charge.
By participating in The Game, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any
decisions made by NHC regarding The Superhero Game.

Liability:

NHC – the Centres at Bryanston; Centurion; Honeydew; Northcliff and Thoyandou – is not
responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during participation in The Superhero Game.
NHC reserves the right to disqualify any participant if found to be in violation of these Terms and
Conditions or engaging in fraudulent activity.

Data Privacy:

Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering
The Superhero Game and awarding prizes.

By participating in The Superhero Game, participants consent to the collection and use of their
personal information for these purposes.

Modification or Termination:

NHC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate The Superhero Game at any time without
prior notice or justification.

In the event of modification or termination, NHC will not be liable to participants for any losses or
damages incurred.

Disclaimer of warranties:

The Superhero Game is available to you “as in”, ‘’where is” and “where available” basis without any
warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the site used to access the Game will remain updated, completed, secure
or that it will remain uninterrupted.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
South Africa.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with The Superhero Game shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

By participating in The Superhero Game, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood,
and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
